Council Member - Victory Ezeofor

I am based at Bangor University as a Mathematical and Statistical Modeller in Health Economics. I am also one of the early career researcher representatives in the School of Health Sciences there, who helps mediate between early career researchers and the School’s management. Originally from Nigeria, I have a Bachelor of Technology degree, a Master’s in Industrial Mathematics, and a doctorate in Mathematical Medicine and Biology. I have advanced skills in computing, coding and programming, and am currently undertaking training in Big Data and Data Science and their impact on the public health sector. I also have experience in risk reporting and am a certified project manager.

My teaching experience is largely in the tertiary sector - in educating youths and adults, as a coach, mentor, lecturer and module convener. I would like to use my past and present experience in the higher education sector to enhance opportunities for learners at Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales and to assist their preparations for a changing future.
