The Steps to Integration Success Project offers FREE, fun and engaging activities that will provide refugees and Third Country Nationals in Wales with skills, knowledge and opportunities to help them integrate into their local community.

The project will run until the end of December 2022, and is part-funded by the EU Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund. Steps to Integration Success is running across Wales and is led by Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales, building on its great reputation for community learning.

The project is open to:

➔ Non EU/EEA nationals legally residing in the UK
➔ Refugees
➔ Those with humanitarian protection or discretionary leave to remain for 30 months or more
➔ Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children under the age of 18

➔ Informal Conversation Clubs and ESOL
➔ Crafting and woodwork sessions
➔ Self-care and wellbeing
➔ Learn about life in the UK
➔ Driving Theory preparation for ESOL learners
➔ Family learning opportunities
➔ Learn about Welsh culture and the arts
➔Learn basic Welsh (WSOL)
➔Cooking, Sewing Clubs

We can offer many other different courses, depending on your interests.

➔ IT skills to help learners access online learning opportunities
➔ Fun groups and activities
➔ Trips to places of interest
➔ Employability support
➔ IELTS and SELT preparation
➔ Advice and support about the local area and services
