This is a course designed to introduce people to Welsh History by concentrating of four important and influential characters along Wales’ historic timeline.

Content

Gruffudd ap Llywelyn d 1063, Wales’ forgotten King. Can Gruffudd’s claim to be the first ruler of a united Wales be substantiated?
Katheryn of Berain - A study of Tudor Wales through the life of Katheryn of Berain. A noble woman with royal connections.
William Williams Pant y Celyn - A study of the Methodist revival and the life of its greatest hymnwriter and poet.
Aneurin Bevan - How Welsh was Aneurin Bevan? The rise of Welsh Socialism and Nationalism.
