Come and learn about the benefits of growing your own food for your health, wellbeing and budget! Find out how to use gardening skills in work, life and your local community.

Content

A friendly course with a mix of theory and practical activities including these topics and more: Why growing food is good for you; Growing for wildlife; Successful sowing and growing; Growing in your community.

Accredited with an Agored Cymru unit.

What Do I Need?
