This course runs for 6 weeks with lessons for 2½ hours a week from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Thursdays

Overview

We will look at short story, creative non-fiction, memoir and flash fiction. The course will include weekly prompts, set tasks, writing theory, tricks and tips. You will complete several short stories and works of non-fiction on the course and receive constructive feedback from your peers and tutor throughout.

Content

Whether you have written before or have yet to get the words down on the page, this course will include exercises, prompts, inspiration and encouragement to get you going on a new writing journey.

Qualification

This course does not provide a qualification. Certificates of Attendance issued when requested by learners.

What Do I Need?

This course is delivered via MS Teams. The organisation will provide an email address and a password in order to access the course. IT Support will be provided to help learners accessing the course, if needed. You will need access to a Desktop/Laptop Computer (or a Tablet), with a camera and microphone to interact with the tutor and other learners. Headphones encouraged to be used.
