Overview

The course will also cover the organisation and backing up of important files. During the course you will be able to use different pieces of equipment such as a scanner and/or a scanner application online, your own phone, and/or a tablet or iPad, to digitalise chosen documents. The course will also cover the digitalisation of Film Negatives and Slides using a Film Negative Digital Scanner.

Content

This course will focus on the safe digitalisation of documents so that they can be stored and shared electronically when needed. This course will cover the different ways that are available to digitalise documents, old pictures, film negatives and others.

This course does not provide a recognised qualification.

What Do I Need?

You can bring your own equipment to use in class however, iPads and/or laptops will be available to use on the day. A Film Negative Digital Scanner will also be available during the sessions. Feel free to bring your own Film Negatives to scan.
