Building skills and confidence in the workplace

We are an education provider delivering flexible learning programmes that builds skills and confidence in the workplace with a range of courses for individuals or groups.

Our approach

Working together, in partnership, is the key to developing a successful learning programme. One size does not fit all so working together we can decide how best to get the most from the training and how to applying the learning back in the workplace. We start with your key learning outcomes and work back from that. If you have six or more learners who would benefit from the same course, make the most of your budget with our in-house training programmes.

Learning partnerships

We work with a wide range of employers and partners including the Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF) projects.

If your workplace is covered by a WULF project you may be eligible for help with course fees. Learning opportunities through WULF projects are available for union members and non-members. What is the Wales Union Learning Fund?

The Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF) supports learning initiatives in unionised workplaces where employers recognise the benefits of working in partnership with unions to up-skill their workforce. It funds a range of projects which are led by different unions and promote workplace learning. You do not have to be a member of a union to be involved.
