Overview
Employability is about your knowledge, skills and attitudes, how you use those assets, and how you present them to employers. What is that you have to offer – what is your unique selling point? How can you make that clear to employers?In this course, we hope to help you to increase your awareness, and understanding, of why you are employable and what you can do to become more employable. We’ll consider barriers to work, including the changes created by COVID, and we’ll discuss how to improve your employment chances by valuing your skills, making great work applications and having a great interview.
