Overview

This course is designed for adults of all ages and experience who wish to develop sugarcraft skills.

Classroom-based at Deeside Enterprise Centre, Rowleys Drive, Shotton commencing Thursday 14 September 2023.

Content

Learn new skills by making a variety of models using a range of sugarcraft media including marzipan, sugar paste and chocolate. You will be colouring, shaping and sculpting to form figures/shapes using cutting and rolling out techniques and shaping by hand.

Qualification

Completion of this course may result in a recognised qualification.

No previous experience is needed and there are no formal entry requirements.
