OverviewBoth of our informal workshops are designed for people of all ages who may have wondered whether starting a business enterprise is for them. Our workshops are for beginners who interested in exploring ideas and recognising the skills needed to run a business start-up.
ContentOur supportive and friendly workshops look at:
• What is enterprise and entrepreneurship?
• Enterprise skills
• Exploring business ideas
• How to profile potential customers and how to reach them
• How to approach a new start-up, how much it might cost and how you might sell to make profit.
QualificationCompletion of this course does not result in a recognised qualification.
However you do receive a certificate of completion from us.
Entry RequirementsThis course is for beginners and business entrepreneurs. No previous experience is needed and there are no formal entry requirements.
Career PathThis ‘taster’ could lead on to an accredited course and an Award in Work Related Education.
