Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our South East Regional Team in Cardiff. As a Regional Administrator you will assist and support the Regional Manager, Curriculum Development Coordinators and Tutors by providing and undertaking a full range of administrative duties.
The Regional Administrator role is a diverse, hands on role where you be operating at pace, independently and with support from an established team.
You will have responsibility for (but not exhaustive to):
- Financial administration - Processing of tutor payclaims, raising, monitoring and processing purchase orders & invoices, petty cash
- Full course administration – registering courses onto the Management Information System (MIS), processing leaner enrolments and evaluations, process learner support requirements and/or requests and completing end of course processes
- Customer service – welcoming visitors/learners, preparing rooms for meetings and classes, responding to general enquiries from staff and general public via email or telephone
- General administration – taking minutes, preparing and disseminate tutor packs and photocopying/scanning
- Marketing – support with the promotion of the delivery program, including poster production, mail outs and supporting social media development
