Supporting you through your learning
We understand the importance of having help along the way. That's why we have a focus on Learner Support to ensure all your needs are met and your questions are answered.
Don't panic - we are here to help! We have put together a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section for you to help answer any questions you may have.
If your question or issue isn’t listed, please feel free to talk to us with any additional queries and we will be happy to help any way we can.
Here for you
We want you to have a positive experience and get as much as possible out of your course.
However, we recognise that adults can face all sorts of issues and challenges at different times in their lives. We aim to be as informal and flexible as possible and if we can help resolve anything which might be affecting you and your learning talk to us – we're here to help.
Whether there are challenges relating to childcare, dependent care, domestic arrangements, travel difficulties, buying materials, or anything else which might be affecting your learning please talk to your course tutor.
You can also talk to our Learning Managers, your local Curriculum Delivery Officer, or a member of the Learner Services team. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to deal with your concerns.
We recognise that many factors can impact on a learner’s ability to study and that personal health and well-being must always come first.
If you are worried about any aspect of your course and would like to talk things over with someone confidentially, talk to us, we’re ready to listen.
Additional guidance & specialist support
Whilst we will do all we can to support learners in the classroom, there will be times when specialist guidance is required.
To this end we've compiled a starting point guide to specialist support providers. If your concerns aren’t addressed in this, please feel free to call us on 03300 580845.
