An “absolutely brilliant day” was had by members of our Caerphilly Branch recently when they visited Hampton Court Palace. The temporary exhibition with its Welsh connection - The Lost Dress of Elizabeth 1st - was a particular highlight.

A good deal of networking took place on the day with members present from 3 branches of Merched y Wawr with the aim of their attending future branch workshops, day schools, and lectures.

With 38 smiling faces from start to finish, a follow up visit request to Bacton Church is now in the planning. Happy days!
