From our Company Secretary, Stephen Thomas:
"Thank you for taking part in our on-line Annual General Meeting in late March. It was a new experience for all of us, which we were obliged to take because of the unprecedented current situation.
"You will see in the table below the results on the 8 resolutions that were voted upon at the Meeting. There was a quorum, and since all of them received approval we are acting upon them in due fashion.
