It’s that time of year again, where Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales celebrates Adult Learners Week by holding a range of learning events, taster courses, workshops and promotions throughout Wales. All adults are invited to ‘have a go!’
Addysg Oedolion Cymru | Adult Learning Wales recently held a celebration of learning event with Grangetown Primary School where the inspirational learning of a group of women learners was recognised as they received our Siân Thomason Award 2019.
Our Margaret Jones Award recognises an individual who has overcome barriers to succeed with their learning. This years’ recipient is Philip Beacall. Philip’s story is one of determination and perseverance, gaining accredited qualifications and creative digital skills while enhancing his well-being.
