Submit a Support Request
We always try and do everything we can to support learners, so
if you have a question relating to your
course, qualifications or certificates, safeguarding, your
online learning or anything else you can submit a support
request to us - and we'll do our level best to help.
You
can even tell us if we're getting anything wrong or you need
to make a complaint.
Once you've completed the support form our support team will swing into action and reply as quickly as they can during normal office hours (within 3-days, 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday).
We're here to help you learn.
