We are proud to announce that last week at the DOVE Workshop in Banwen, our CEO, Kathryn Robson, officially signed ColegauCymru’s Cynefin Charter.

By joining our fellow FE colleges in Wales by signing this commitment, Adult Learning Wales has reaffirmed our dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion in everything we do.

Derived from the Welsh concept of a deep sense of belonging to a place and community, the Cynefin Charter ensures our colleges are spaces where:

Learners and staff feel safe to be their authentic selves.

Our unique Welsh cultural and linguistic identity is celebrated.
