It’s the final week of our Introduction to Watercolour course in Swansea.

Tutor Lawrence said:

“We’ve done a pretty wide range of work over these weeks, here’s some examples below. We’ve done quite a bit of creative and original stuff, where I’ve asked the class for suggestions and we then work out a painting from the prompts given. We’ve also done a number of set pieces in different watercolour styles. As you can see, these have ranged from trees, landscapes, buildings, abstractions, sunsets and in our last session, drawing and watercolour combined, but we’ve just done the drawing – quite a challenging one of a figure, a member of the class,  in front of a window looking out on the Swansea streets- and we will be painting it this week!”

“The learners have enjoyed the class so much that they have all signed up for the next course, which will progress and build on the skills they have learned in the introductory course.”
