Our trade union education supports both new and experienced union reps in addressing workplace issues, advocating for their members, and contributing to positive change in their workplace. Each course is grounded in real-workplace challenges and shaped by the priorities of the trade union movement.

Learning in the Workplace
Learning in the Workplace

Our Workplace Provision provides employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed both professionally and personally. We deliver a wide range of high-quality courses, training, and learning opportunities that support workforce development, career progression, and lifelong learning.

The WULF Project

The Wales Union Learning Fund (WULF) supports learning initiatives in unionised workplaces where employers recognise the benefits of working in partnership with unions to up-skill their workforce. It funds a range of projects which are led by different unions and promote workplace learning.

Farming Connect

Our Farming Connect courses offer subsidised training to eligible farming and forestry businesses across Wales as they adapt and prepare for the future of Welsh farming. We provide training in livestock, machinery, health and safety, and business skills, with tutors able to deliver at suitable local venues.

Accredited Learning Services

What is it and how can it benefit me or my business?
We offer an accreditation service for organisations who deliver or are planning to deliver accredited learning.

We are an Agored Cymru Host Centre. This means that we have a partnership arrangement with Agored Cymru to enable organisations that may not wish to become an Agored Cymru recognised Centre to access Agored Cymru accreditation via us. We can help you build an accredited programme for your teams, learners or beneficiaries through Agored Cymru.

Accredited units can also build together into qualifications such as the Agored Work-Related Education Qualifications. these units can build to trigger an award, extended award and certificate. Standalone units, units that form a qualification.
