Farming Connect | Adult Learning Wales

What is Farming Connect?

Farming Connect is a Welsh Government-funded programme that helps farming and forestry businesses across Wales access advice, training and practical support.

Our Farming Connect training covers livestock, machinery, health and safety, and business skills. If you are eligible, you can apply for subsidised training. Funding levels and course limits vary depending on the training you choose, and delivery may also be available at a suitable local venue.

Am I eligible?

To apply, you’ll need to be registered or re-registered with Farming Connect through RPW Online and meet the scheme’s eligibility criteria.

Most farming businesses will need a Customer Reference Number (CRN) and at least three hectares of eligible agricultural land registered in Wales. Different criteria apply to some smaller farming or horticulture businesses and new entrants.

If you need to register or re-register with Farming Connect, follow the link below.
